As you know, the National SVdP has been encouraging us to develop and build a servant leader culture. We are planning 9 listening sessions, facilitated by Vincentians and employees, so that we can gather information about the following:
- Who is SVdP on its best day? What are some stories you can share about when we are doing exactly what we need to be doing in exactly the way we need to be doing it?
- What are some of the gaps or obstacles you have encountered that prevent you/us from being our best?
Click here for a list of listening sessions. Each is scheduled to last no longer than 90 minutes. We would love to see you at one of these and, if you feel it is appropriate, we would love for you to invite a neighbor in need (who can come to one that is most convenient to them). That way, we can hear from Vincentians, employees, donors and our neighbors in need.
In some locations, space is limited, so please reach out to Anne Steffens at firstname.lastname@example.org or 314-881-6009.
