For the past year, we’ve often felt helpless. We’ve watched as COVID-19 has impacted the ones we love – their jobs, their health, even the ability to see them face-to-face.

Thankfully, due to the hard work of healthcare workers and essential workers, and the distribution of vaccines, many of us are beginning to feel hope again.

For a great many folks, though, the effects of COVID-19 are still very much present in their lives. Some are left with lasting health problems, medical debt, or joblessness.

 

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul assists Neighbors all over St. Louis.

Your donations help provide food vouchers for groceries.

BILLS

Many of our Neighbors are left wondering if they will be able to pay their electric bill or monthly rent. SVdP is there to bridge the gap and make sure that our Neighbors in Need don’t have to worry about having a roof over their heads.

CLOTHING AND HOME GOODS

If Neighbor in Need doesn’t have a dining room table, seasonal clothing, a sofa or a dresser, our Thrift Stores are there, SVdP can provide vouchers so they can pick out the specific items they need.

PRESCRIPTIONS

Prescription assistance is a program at SVdP that needs your help more than ever. On top of supplying our Neighbors in Need with life-saving medications, you'll help keep them out of hospitals that are dealing with the effects of COVID-19.
