To refer a Neighbor: Eligibility guidelines include
• Live in North St. Louis
• Stable housing
• Families that are homeless are not eligible for Pathways. This includes families that doubled-up or couch surfing, as well as those staying in a shelter, living in their vehicle, or otherwise on the street.
• Family composition: one adult and two or more children (some single adults and single adults with one child will be accepted)
• Income must be at 130% or below the federal poverty level
• Willing and able to actively participate in improving their family’s situation
